Neptune In Aries

Saturn in Pisces says “Lets come out of the clouds to Saturn’s World”. Lets go back in the history of Neptune in Aries. During the Civil War, they had a hard time getting people to enlist to fight the war. (Sound Familiar) The politicians created a game plan to correct this problem. Lincoln did his part of the plan by issuing the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863 to free the slaves so they could get the Blacks to enlist in the Army to fight the Confederate Army. Enlistment was approximately 200,000 Black soldiers. At the same time, the Conscription Act of 1863 was enacted. (First Draft System).

Now lets bring that into 2025 and onward. A similar thing will happen this time but it will be women because they fought so hard for rights to be equal that now they will be drafted during the next war. (Same Scenario) different time period. The Selective Service will require all Men & Women between the ages of 18 to 26 to be automatically put in the system. It is computerized now, so if you have a Drivers License, they got you. The future does not look too bright but if people could learn to cooperate, War would not happen.
