Moon Out of Bounds in August 2024
A planet is Out of Bounds when its Declination is beyond the limits of the Sun, that is greater than 23 degrees and 27 minutes of Declination which is can be North or South Longitude. The manifestation of the energy of any Planet that is Out of Bounds will be Out of Control. This can be good or bad depending upon the Individuals or Event Birth Chart. Moon: Overly Emotional is one example of the Moon. Mars: Overly Aggressive or Angry is another example of Mars. In other words, the Planets tend to be a little out of control during these periods. We may be acting out of character in the areas of life represented by the planet in question.
